SECOND SATURDAYS

12 p.m. to 2 p.m.

January 11 | February 8th
April 11 (TBC) | May 9

Hosted by Thea Patterson,
Dance/art discussions attempt to merge or reconcile current trends in dancemaking and academic theory.

The seminars are meant to provoke and encourage dialogue and reflection… in the spirit of the artist Joseph Beuys: “In places like universities, where everyone talks too rationally, it is necessary for a kind of enchanter to appear.”

The February 11th reading can be found at here.
