ABOUT THE CLASS
Of Time, Tempo, Rhythm, Groove
What if going to a dance class could be a little bit like going to a club to dance? Of Time, Tempo, Rhythm, Groove is an improvisation-based indulgence in tempos, rhythms and grooves. Expect a playful mix of contemplative movement, contemporary improvisation technique and guided structures that open space to dance with, against and through amazing music.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Amber is an Amiskwaciwâskahikan based dance and theatre artist. As a creator, she focuses on interdisciplinary performance (Scythe, The Moon at Midnight, No Guesses Found). Her work has been presented across Canada at Neighbourhood Dance Works, Studio 303, Centre de Création O Vertigo, Winnipeg’s Contemporary Dancers, New Dance Horizons, The Fluid Festival, as well as various places and spaces here in Amiskwaciwâskahikan, including the BWDC and the amazing Mile Zero Dance.
