Mile Zero Dance (MZD) is currently presenting its  40th Season and is looking for a new team member!! MZD is located in a thriving neighbourhood and presents a new season of exciting dance and multidisciplinary works. With the recent move MZD has generated a lot of interest in the performance venue. The organization continues to provide a safe, dynamic performance space to the community at large. 

The Invitation 

In order to fully support the MZD new seasons existing and emerging projects, MZD invites an Operations manager who is a team player and visionary administrator. This is an in person job, with some evenings and weekend work. The week day hours are flexible, but much include in person hours.

Working under the direction of the Artistic Director, and collaborative with the staff and board the Operations Manager will: 

• manage facility, rentals, and tours, 
• monitor event ticketing, 
• develop and monitor talent contracts, 
• manage databases, grants and  fundraising activities.
